Yoga class etiquette:

  1. Please maintain silence at all times while practicing.

  2. No mobile phones are allowed in the studio.

  3. Bring only what you’ll need for the class. Please leave other personal belongings at home.

  4. Respect those around you at all times. If you must leave class, please be as quiet as possible.

  5. Please refrain from wearing perfume.

Take note:

There are no lockers, showers or toilets available at the studio.

We unfortunately also don’t offer classes for pregnant women at this stage.

Important notes: 

  1. Please book a once-off personalised assessment before joining a group class at the studio for the first time.

  2. Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Note that the gate closes 5 minutes before the start of class.

  3. Bring your own mat, water and yoga towel.

  4. Don’t eat just before class. Have your last snack or meal at least an hour before.

  5. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow for stretching and moving.

  6. Alert your yoga instructor of any injuries before class starts.

  7. Be gentle with yourself if you’re menstruating. Focus on deep relaxation and alternate nostril breathing.

  8. Note that any items left behind in the studio will be donated to a charity organisation.
